Privacy policy

• Your account. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile photo. If you add a phone number, an organisation name, a billing address or a GSTIN, we keep those too.
• Bookings and sessions. Dates and times, what a booking is for, the Time In and Time Out you record, and any comment you type when you enter a time by hand.
• Your location at Time In and Time Out. When you tap Time In or Time Out, your phone's location is saved with the time so the studio can see the session happened at the studio. Your browser asks permission first, and we don't follow your location at any other time.
• Invoices and payments. What was billed, and the amount, date and UPI reference number of each payment you make or the studio records for you. We never see your UPI PIN or card details.
• Your team. If you add people to your account, their name, email address and role.
• Requests you send us. For example a request for a regular plan, with the message and schedule you wrote.
• Phone notifications. If you turn them on, your browser's notification address for that device and the name of the browser.
• The studio's own records. The studio keeps a log of changes made to accounts, bookings, invoices and payments, and may keep private notes on a customer account.

To sign you in, take bookings and payments, work out charges from recorded times, raise invoices, send confirmations and reminders by email and phone notification, keep the studio's financial records, and keep the service secure. We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

• The studio's staff and administrators, who need it to run bookings, billing and the hall.
• Other people on your account, according to their role: Admins and Supervisors see amounts and invoices; Teammates see bookings and session times but not money.
• Services that run the website for us: our hosting and database providers, Google (sign-in, the map if you choose to show it, and Google Analytics if you accept it), Microsoft (Clarity analytics, if you accept it), our email delivery provider.
• Anyone the law requires us to share it with.

We use only the cookies the site needs to work: they keep you signed in, protect the sign-in form from forgery, and remember which account you are working on if you manage more than one. The public pages can also use analytics, but only if you accept them in the notice there, and you can change your mind with Cookie settings in the footer.

The map on the home page loads from Google only when you choose to show it; Google may then set its own cookies. Signing in with Google uses Google's own pages and cookies.

If you accept, the public pages (not the login page and not anything after you sign in) count visits and show us how the site is used.

• Google Analytics counts visits and where they come from, and sets cookies in your browser.
• Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, so we can see what's confusing. It sets cookies too.
• Umami, which we run ourselves, counts visits without cookies.

Google and Microsoft handle that data under their own policies. If you decline, none of these load.

We keep account, booking and invoice records for as long as we need them to run the service and to meet the studio's accounting and legal obligations. We haven't set fixed deletion periods yet. If you'd like your information deleted, ask us and we'll tell you what can be removed and what has to be kept.

• Update your name and phone number on the Profile page after you log in.
• Turn phone notifications on or off on the Profile page. To stop reminder emails, ask the studio.
• Ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete your account.

We take reasonable care to protect your information: connections to the site use HTTPS, accounts need a sign-in, and the admin area is limited to the studio's administrators. No online service can be completely secure.

When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
